Big Five Audit company, 5 months project, 100+ staff
Client problem: Management felt morale was low throughout the business and wanted to understand why.
Consultant solution: undertook one-to-one interviews with all team members to gain an understanding of their feedback, engagement, satisfaction, and internal areas for improvement.
Outcome: Feedback was provided to management (without disclosing employees’ names) with a report outlining prioritized suggestions for improving morale across the business. Six months later, morale was a lot higher. Staff felt management listened to their feedback and that having a third party involved has improved communication channels.
Saglam Aile
5 Clinics and Head Office, 500+ staff, 3 months project
Problem:
  • The client identified issues in the recruitment and retention of employees.
  • The “right fit” employees were not joining the business and employees were then quickly exiting.
  • This was costing the client nearly in recruitment fees, time, effort and training and was generally having a detrimental impact on colleague motivation and service delivery.

  • Build up Job Profile and Competency Matrix for all positions ( All positions)
  • Established a structured hiring process - HR Process Diagnostics done and mapped all existing recruitment process and identified “bottlenecks”. After mapping processes updated and designed HR procedures.
  • HR Automation - Using Flow and Office 365 Services (Vacancy Request, Job Offer, Onboarding) and boosted recruiter efficiency, enhanced hiring team communication and improved the candidate experience, nurtures candidate engagement.
  • Recruiting by QR Code for Store management and entry level positions - Improved candidate experience by using QR Codes for Recruiting in stores (QR codes shown on vinyl banners) instead of CV boxes.

Designing from scratch and Improved Bravo careers page and offer applicants a better experience. Reduced both drop-offs and rejections and speed up time to hire.
