  • Responsibilities:
    • Luggage Assistance: Assist guests with carrying, delivering, and storing their luggage upon arrival and departure.
    • Guest Escorting: Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and hotel amenities.
    • Providing Information: Offer directions, information about hotel services, and recommendations for local attractions.
    • Valet Services: Park and retrieve guest vehicles if valet services are required.
    • Handling Deliveries: Deliver packages, messages, or other items to guest rooms promptly.
    • Maintaining Lobby Areas: Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
    • Security Awareness: Monitor the premises to ensure the safety of guests and their belongings.
    • Special Requests: Assist with additional guest needs, such as arranging transportation or securing special items.
  • Requirements:
    • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
    • Customer Service Skills: Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
    • Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication to provide directions and respond to guest inquiries.
    • Knowledge of the Property: Familiarity with hotel facilities, room locations, and amenities.
    • Punctuality and Reliability: Dependable and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
    • Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable, adhering to uniform and grooming standards.
    • Driving Skills: Valid driver’s license (if valet or driving services are required).
    • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth guest experiences.
