  • Responsibilities:
    • Guest Reception & Assistance:
    • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
    • Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general information about the hotel, restaurant, or venue.
    • Escort guests to designated areas (e.g., restaurant, lounge, meeting rooms).
    • Ensure a smooth check-in and seating process for dining or event reservations.
    • Customer Service & Experience:
    • Provide a personalized and professional guest experience.
    • Handle special requests, such as VIP accommodations or accessibility needs.
    • Address guest concerns or complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
    • Offer recommendations on hotel amenities, restaurants, and local attractions.
    • Coordination & Communication:
    • Communicate guest arrivals and preferences with relevant departments (front desk, concierge, restaurant, etc.).
    • Maintain an updated record of guest reservations, inquiries, and service requests.
    • Work closely with security to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
    • Lobby Presentation & Organization:
    • Ensure the lobby area is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
    • Monitor seating areas, refreshment stations, and informational displays.
    • Assist in setting up decorations, promotional materials, or special event arrangements.
    • Administrative & Operational Support:
    • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or messaging systems.
    • Manage guest reservations and waitlists efficiently.
    • Assist in event coordination and VIP guest arrangements.
    • Provide feedback to management on guest experiences and areas for improvement.
  • Requirements:
    • Experience & Skills:
    • Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or customer service representative (preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or luxury setting).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent customer service and hospitality etiquette.
    • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
    • Experience with reservation systems, POS systems, or front desk software is a plus.

    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask efficiently.

    • Technical & Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
    • Basic computer and administrative skills (email, Microsoft Office, reservation systems).
    • Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Education & Language:
    • High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or tourism degree is a plus).
    • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus, especially in international hotels or venues).
