Experience: 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment; Proven track record of leading or supervising bar teams; Hands-on experience with classic and contemporary cocktails, wine pairings, and bar operations.
Skills: Advanced mixology knowledge and creative drink crafting; Excellent leadership and staff coordination skills; Strong customer service and communication abilities; Inventory management and ordering proficiency; Cash handling and POS systems experience; Ability to work under pressure and maintain service quality during peak hours; Familiarity with health, hygiene, and alcohol laws/regulations.
